ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଦେଖିବା କିପରି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଉଛି ଛତୁ ବେସର | କଡେଇ ଗରମ କରିବା,ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ 3 ଚାମଚ ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ ନେବା ତାହା ଗରମ ହୋଇଗଲେ , ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ କାଟିକି ରଖିଥିବା ଛତୁକୁ ପକାଇ ଭାଜିବା | ସ୍ଵାଦ ଅନୁସାରେ ଲୁଣ ପକାଇବା, ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ ପକାଇ ଭଲଭାବରେ ଭାଜିବା, ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଗଲା ଆମର ଛତୁ ଭଜା | ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଦେଖିବା ବେସର କିପରି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଉଛି ? 1 ଚାମଚ ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ ନେବା ,ଗୋଟେ ବିଲାତି କୁ କାଟିକି ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପକାଇବା , ମୁଁ ଏଠାରେ grinding କରି ରଖିଥିବା ସୋରିଷ,ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା ,ରସୁଣରୁ 2ଚାମଚ ନେଉଛି 1/2 କପ ପଣି ମିସଉଛି ତ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆମେ ଏଠାରେ ସୋରିଷର ପାଣିକୁନେବା ,ତାର ଛେଦାକୁ ବାହାର କରିଦେବା , 1/2 ଚାମଚ ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ ମିଶାଇବା , ସ୍ଵାଦ ଅନୁସାରେ ଲୁଣ ପକାଇ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ mix କରିବା | 1/2 ଚାମଚ ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ ପକାଇବା ତାହା ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଫୁଟିଗଲେ ବା ସୋରିଷର raw ବାସ୍ନା ଚାଲିଗଲେ ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭାଜିକି ରଖିଥିବା ଛତୁକୁ ପକାଇ mix କରିବା | 2ଟି ଆମ୍ବୁଲକୁ 1ଘଣ୍ଟା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପାଣିରେ ଭିଜାଇ ରଖିଥିଲି ତାହା add କରିବା | ଛୁଙ୍କ କରିବା ପାଇଁ , 1 ଚାମଚ ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ ନେବା , 1 ଚାମଚ ଫୁଟଣ ନେବା ,ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗୋଟେ ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା ପକାଉଛି ,6 ରୁ 7 ପାଖୁଡା ରସୁଣକୁ ଛେଚିକି ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପକାଉଛି, ରସୁଣ ଭାଜି ହୋଇଗଲେ ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୃଷଙ୍ଗପତ୍ର ପକାଇବା , ରଖିଥିବା ଛତୁ ତରକାରୀକୁ ତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପକାଇ ଭଲରେ ମିକ୍ସ କରିବା | ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଗଲା ଆମର ଛତୁ ବେସର |
